I've watched their software grow, adapt, improve and change all that time. I can honestly say that the Addatech/Clinic Master are obsessed with increasing value for the clinic owner. They have become a one-stop-shop for everything a clinic needs to do. I have compared their software to competitors and each time I do, my research shows me that if I switch to another software, I would have less report functions, I would have less value and most importantly, I would be losing valuable bottom line to online payment processors. We get more done, see more patients and we can do this with less human resources. The best part is that our patients/customers see this as a bonus. Cons: They walked us through the onboarding system when we upgraded to the V10 Cloud version. Perhaps they could have a couple of instructional videos for patients/clients to watch so they can understand the full utility of the Patient Portal. That might be helpful.
