The charting system is intuitive and efficient, making documentation quick and easy. I also really appreciate the reporting features, which provide a clear breakdown of revenue and other business metrics. Another standout feature is the ability to save clients’ payment methods in advance, making the checkout process quick and seamless. #### Cons Areas for Improvement * Clients are unable to view their upcoming appointments unless they still have their appointment confirmation email. It would be helpful if clients could log into a portal or access a page where they can view all upcoming appointments. * The communication/newsletter feature is currently the only way to notify clients about last-minute appointment openings, and it has a sending cap. The perks offered, SOAP note set up and usage, intake forms, custom email campaigns and so much more. ClinicSense has made it easy for my business to grow. The new waitlist with automatic text/email alerts sent out to clients really helps keep my schedule filled with very little effort on my part. #### Cons I sometimes wish that ClinicSense was a full service stop comparable to Square inc. where they have banking, transactions, scheduling, websites, etc. it would make everything much easier since it would all be within the same company. Maybe that’s a future venture for ClinicSense. Other than that, I do wish the waitlist feature would automatically ask clients after booking if they wanted to be re-added to the waitlist after booking. Also to be able to note no-shows or last minute cancels & have a charge added but I can zero the charge if I want. I also like that I could do online scheduling if I wanted, take card payments and set up no-show guard (haven’t used it yet tho) #### Cons I wish I could set a price for certain clients rather than manually changing it for each apt or adding a promo code. It would also be nice to be able to add in a package - like I have a package at a set price that includes a certain number of sessions but the way the program is set up I can’t just enter it like I want to. It helps with client retention because it sends out automatic emails with your availability, birthday emails, prompts for Google reviews. LOVE having a branded app to access my schedule too. I have tried other profession specific scheduling software and this one is the best for my business. #### Cons Would prefer American superbills for my patients, because we need a bit more info on the receipt, such as a place for the CPT and procedure codes. I’ve used MindBody and SpaBiz and it’s just intuitive to use. It really only takes a few tries to figure out where the buttons are or what tab has what. #### Cons Not a fan of it timing out after 45 ish minutes (that I’ve noticed). Since it’s a massage app it would be great if it timed out after 100 minutes since a majority of my massages are 60 and 90 minutes.
