Pros/Cons
Pros
- The program is amazing, customer service is awesome, I book about 20% of my appts now the rest are dome through clinic sense right from my website.
- The price was fantastic, it was nice with the automated reminder texts, and online booking.
- This software has been very helpful in my practice in all the reporting function and ease of access for my patients to book with me online. I also love that I don’t have paper files anymore.
Cons
- Really the only thing I dislike is that there is only one option for the reminders in the lowest option.
- Chart notes are the only thing that don't make sense -too much wasted space and spacing in printed format, missing patient identifiers on multiple page SOAP notes.
- I HATE that I used to have texting reminders and it was removed and ClinicSense wanted to charge an extra $10/month... $5/month I could've gotten behind but not $10.
Pros
- The risk assessments are wonderful and give you clear direction and recommendations for further improvement. This saves me so much time and gives me such peace of mind.
- The training and support we received from [sensitive content hidden], our implementation coach, has been superb. He is knowledgable, easy to work with, and set us up for continued success.
- I now have a better understanding of HIPAA as well as my staff and have the confidence I have been looking for.
Cons
- Pop-ups but i think that was more my computers fault. I don't believe there is anything that I dislike about this program or feature.
- Any issues that others had were due to user error.
- There were only a few set backs that were due to user error, not the program.
