  • Pros

  • Clients find it very easy to book online appointments and love the reminders. The layout is nice to look at and continues to improve.
  • My customers love the text and email confirmations they receive. I like the integrated SOAP note, POS, and treatment history features.
  • Cons

  • I HATE that I used to have texting reminders and it was removed and ClinicSense wanted to charge an extra $10/month... $5/month I could've gotten behind but not $10.
  • Batch retrieving clients' treatment notes is a pain. No client account data exporting facility for bookkeeping software such as Microsoft Money.

  • It was awesome, and gave me and my team peace of mind knowing there was a competent system in place for all of the above.
  • Great option for keeping schedules organized. We have many events so this app is perfect to help keep everything organized.
  • Cons

  • There have been times it has showed wrong clock in ad out times especially after refreshing. Its long set up is a negative point too.
  • And, having to assign a shift to someone else before dropping it makes it hard to undo shifts taken accidentally.
