Collectly saves us time and increases our collections
Our company manages several practices and with our PM software, we would have to send statements for each practice separately and manually which was time consuming and subject to human error. Now the process is fully automated and we Collect more of our patient A/R, faster.
PROSThe fact that Collectly is fully integrated with our practice Management software and the workflow is fully automated.
CONSThe workflow has been perfect but I think the UI can use some improvement.

More functionality, better pricing, willing to work with us for features that weren’t present initially.

Collectly
We are super happy with Collectly. We feel that the customer service is second to none. Any feedback we have provided, Collectly has taken seriously and has either implemented the solution or given us a workaround. I love how up to date Collectly is with the healthcare space.
PROSThe chat function has decreased our patient frustration and allowed patients to get answers to their bill while on the go. Patients being able to customize payment plans and feel they have control on their medical bill has also been a huge success. We do not get complaints of not being able to talk to a person because they get a live person in the chat.
CONSWe are really looking forward to the ability to have a card reader in our clients offices as well as more development in the front desk module as far as intake paperwork goes.

I enjoy it, makes it easy for patients to make payments and send out reminders.
PROSI like that patients get an invoice emailed and they are also text for bill reminders
CONSPayments are not always applied correctly.

Collectly Improves Patient Collections
Overall this software (and the team who supports it) has been an incredible element to add to our billing office. We are very pleased with our start and plan to continue using this software as our patient billing system going forward.
PROSThis software makes contacting and collecting from patients very easy. The integrated platform with EClinicalWorks is amazing and we have had very little issue with syncing and maintaining correct patient balances. My team also enjoys the chat function as we are able to help more patients with less interruption (ex. the chat feature makes it very easy to explain billing, answer questions, and transmit documents to patients.) Once all implementation is complete, the "fine-tuning" available via templates allows us to manage our practice's statement messages with ease. The payment plan feature is effective for engaging patients to pay large balances.
CONSAs with any new software, there are glitches during implementation. These caused some anxiety for patients as they were related to being over-contacted or receiving inaccurate balances. However, the team at Collectly responded immediately and were very helpful in getting our issues resolved.

Collectly Is Doing a Great Job for Us
Overall, Collectly has been a great asset to our practice. I'm happy we signed up.
PROSI like that there was already an interface built with our EMR, athena.
CONSThere are some restrictions in our EMR that have to be manually fixed in order for the account to cross over. Unfortunately, we have to manually run a report to see which accounts need fixing. Would be nice to have an automated email for this.

Collectly Review
Very easy to deal with and an easy to set up with our Eclinical Works software.
PROSIt is very user friendly and the statements that go out to our customers is much easier for them to understand.
CONSHave not been using it long, so we really have not discovered any issues as of now.

Easier to understand. Credit cards can be stored within the system. Much broader reporting details.
