We are very pleased with our start and plan to continue using this software as our patient billing system going forward. The integrated platform with EClinicalWorks is amazing and we have had very little issue with syncing and maintaining correct patient balances. My team also enjoys the chat function as we are able to help more patients with less interruption (ex. the chat feature makes it very easy to explain billing, answer questions, and transmit documents to patients.) Once all implementation is complete, the "fine-tuning" available via templates allows us to manage our practice's statement messages with ease. The payment plan feature is effective for engaging patients to pay large balances. Cons: As with any new software, there are glitches during implementation. These caused some anxiety for patients as they were related to being over-contacted or receiving inaccurate balances.
