- Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.
- Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.
Cons
- Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.
- Poor integration with DICOM devices and systems.
Pros
- I love that it is use friendly, dependable, accurate, reliable, fast paced but most important provides the stats and reports within seconds.
- I absolutely LOVE the team of tech support and cannot thank them enough for the great years of service. I hear so many horror stories with no call backs when issue arise other companies.
Cons
- So now I paid $$$$$ for software that does not work and they are not willing to help in spite of me paying for support for years.
- Learning curve for documentation macro. I have used Chirotouch macros for years and the documentation change was a little painful.
