Pros
- Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.
- Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.
Cons
- Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.
- Poor integration with DICOM devices and systems.
Pros
- Easy to Navigate, ability to move freely from EMR to Billing Feature. I love the Tabular reports which help in troubleshooting when staff has problems, also customer service is great.
- I feel that this product is easy to understand and is easy to use. I have a fantastic trainer.
Cons
- We were never able to use the fax inbox for both our locations; it only worked at one location, even after several attempts by the technician and costly IT expenses.
- Also, technical support is very difficult; communication is not always clear, it can be confusing, and we do not always receive timely responses to our needs.
