Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ability to see on the cloud and have multiple locations was really an amazing software. Ease of clicking and customizing everything was great.
- Charting, patient communication, and reporting are outstanding. Also very happy I can access patient charts, xrays, and reports from my phone any time, anywhere.
- I like that it is always improving. Extra features are great, like, hands free perio charting.
Cons
- It was very confusing and not hands on. The trainer jumped all over instead of sticking to one thing before it was learned.
- Recently they updated the user roles and permissions and they are confusing now.
- Accounting was difficult having to open multiple windows especially if there were many family members.
Pros
- They are responsive to all inquiries and their customer service is some of the best in the industry.
- I have been very pleased over the years with Denticon's features and services. It is easy to use and cost effective at the same time.
- The customer support is great help and denticon is extremely convenient. Any issue I ever have is fixed fast and I love that I can access patient info anywhere any time.
Cons
- Internet connection dependent so Outages are major problems. Need to back up more often because of outages.
- There are many small limitations that make this software annoying.
- No adjustment for minimal usage during covid shutdown.
