There is a duplicate feature that if I accidentally click on it overrides all my charting already done. I have to delete the duplication and rewrite the chart.

I appreciate the simplicity that also incorporates the ability to customize. Once a chart is designed, and once the first appointment has occurred, all subsequent charts are a snap.
