Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, good app for phone. Staff love it

  • This software is very easy to use! I was able to add in approximately 150 shifts within a about 30 minutes. My staff also loves to use it!

  • Cons

  • The mobile app is a bit difficult to navigate as a shop owner side. Other than that it's a very easy program to use.

  • sometimes it makes the computer run slow.besides that we as a company love this program .posting message can be a little crazy.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Saves me money. Great customer service.

  • Easy to use, comprehensive, great customer service.

  • Cons

  • The recent version is sometimes difficult to use on my iPad. The original version still works great though.

  • Version 2 is a little awkward to use on a smartphone but runs great on a desktop or tablet.
