Excellent customer service. The  support team is very responsive and always provides solutions to resolve the problem.

Product is easy to use and configure. The product runs well and has a small foot print.

DICOM systems has been an excellent application, which has help solve many of our HL7 and DICOM hurdles. Support has been very responsive and provides solutions for some of our more complex issues.

The routers currently provide our facility with solid business continuity. I addition the routers automate the need for users to manually distribute DICOM studies to different destinations.

The DICOM Unifier is most useful to our organization as it allows us to create reliable and high-performance DICOM integrations between or organization and our clients.

Software is easy to use and maintain and has great customer service. The Unifier allows us to prepend and automate image transfers.

Scripting can be difficult to use if not familiar with LUA. Logging categories could be better defined, difficult to find specific logs if unfamiliar with structure.

I also like the ability of the DICOM sys as a company to evolve with the industry and provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

I was disappointed that the enterprise viewer is not included with the purchase of the routers.

We can control our modalities multiple dicom destinations in one platform. Scripts can be created to perform complex dicom, hl7 routing and transformations.

The Unifier product is wonderful. The CentOS platform is stable, support is great, and routing rules are easily configured if one is familiar with boolean logic.

Our experience with Proton PACS has been great since we switched from another major PACS vendor last year. Their training and implementation staff was awesome.

Proton PACS is very user friendly, and easy to use. It is easy to train new employees on.

Everyone I know who uses ProtonPACS is extremely pleased. It is much better than the other PACS that I have used.

I give the same superior marks to their support team who have been outstanding, not only technically but interpersonally having had two other PACS vendors since 2006 that DID NOT meet my mark.

The PACS system itself does not give us many problems. The occasional freezing or delay in loading will happen, but that is something I expect with almost any network-PACS interface.

The only issue I have with ProtonPACS is that it is difficult to search for a patient if you don't have an MRN and unsure of the spelling of patient name.

ProtonPACS is a picture archiving and communication solution that helps medical facilities manage image access, storage and distribution, optimizing workflow across the organization. It includes front and back end patient management solutions that minimize manual and/or duplicate entry of patient information. HL7 integration to information systems is included in the product. 


ProtonPACS features Intelerad's Inteleviewer, a diagnostic viewer that provides radiologists and other healthcare professionals tools to optimize images, change layouts, measure critical data points, perform image reconstructions and create key images.
