Super easy to use! You do not need to download anything, and neither does the patient! You can have office staff manage the virtual waiting room, just like in a real doctor's office. I love that it's secure and Hipaa compliant! Professional look specific to our company. Customer Service is quick to respond and friendly. Translator function is the best!!

Only thing missing is that internal staff cannot easily communicate within Doxy, without clicking in like a patient. I do wish there was a way to send messages to other staff members within Doxy

Great! It I once again need a platform for telemedicine I think I would choose Doxy.me again.

Ease of use both for me and the families I serve. The troubleshooting help and the privacy. This platform was so invaluable during the height of the pandemic for me to feel confident in reaching out and providing physical therapy to the families I was serving.

I have been getting a horrible connection since about mid month. It has interfered with my ability to connect with my clients. The video freezes, the audio and video fall out of sync. I have used the troubleshooting options in the articles by other users. I have tried using a new computer and even a different internet connection. I am very disappointed because I have been paying for this monthly for well over a year and have been able to use it with no problems on a less frequent basis. Now that I need to use it daily because of the COVID - 19 Crisis, it is not working well. I cannot schedule a call for support because there are no spaces available. I have not been able to get any help. I am at the point of cancelling my service and trying something new as it is imperative that I am able to video conference with my clients. I am really hoping to get some help and support.

Great overall experience! Doxy is user friendly, easy and it's very easy to send clients the link for logging on and they can keep using the same one or just easily send them another link if they can't find the original link in their old emails.

Having the free version that still allows for therapy sessions to last an hour or more.

I haven't really found a downside; occasionally the audio doesn't work for either my side or the other person's side but never quite sure if that's an internal Doxy glitch that occurs sometimes or it's just technology gremlins that can happen with any computer. I resolve it by using my cell phone to call the client and we still have the visual to see each other.
