I'm able to create a stable link for patient use, preview my camera/mic/sound, see when patients log in for session, and start session, all from one screen. They've recently implemented options for billing and payments, as well. With various plans doxy.me creates amazing options for the price, and their customer service is responsive and helpful if you encounter any bugs. If you've ever used any other telehealth video platform there's almost no learning curve transitioning to doxy.me. #### Cons It would be helpful if there were an automated email of some sort sent to providers who use doxy when they're down, or expect to be down. I recommend having a stable second option you can quickly send patients as needed. I can collect payments right through Doxy via Stripe, collect patient feedback via Dokbot, share information via screen share, and file transfer. Doxy provides analytics and meeting histories, and connects you will tools like therapeutic exercises with reminders, group calls, and electronic teleconsent with signatures. #### Cons Honestly, there's nothing I "like least". I would say the one thing I would consider an improvement would be to add a reminder sound (ding!), which can be set for each call individually (or not at all) by the provider, to remind both patient and provider that it's time to "wrap it up."
