The EHR, clearinghouse, practice management, and scheduling system are all connected. It's easy to use, and customer service is great.

I like the ease of use of this software, it makes everything so easy and allows access to a lot of information to the user without having to dig for it.

Sometimes the site loads slowly and can be frustrating but its rare when that happens.

The software is old and difficult to navigate.

The user interface on Office Ally is slightly confusing. A user can get confused at times because the options the user interface gives is a tad overwhelming.

You get what you pay for. Spend the extra money & get another system.

I have had a few issues with information missing from the 1500 forms once they reach the payors. This causes the providers payment to be delayed because the claim has been denied.

Ehr 24/7 is generally great has it has enabled wide coverage. It is easy to use and integrates nicely.

Adding patients is easy. Re-prescribing doesn't require an actual note, so the MA's or RN's can do this and send to provider for authorization.

I love that I am able to append my own templates by myself, as often as needed. Customer service has been wonderful, though rarely needed.

Overall have been very pleased, the inexpensive price and reliability of the website has been good.

Once you get the hang of it its pretty easy to use. Most funcionaltiy is there.

I don't have any cons for this software. The rejection codes they use are a bit confusing.

Its easy to use and upload claims. They let you know your claims been sent or not.

Another downside is the rejection codes they hand out.

Easy to set up medical billing using the progress notes. Easy to customize the forms I would be using and good customer service to help with that.

EHR integrates with Office Ally's Practice Management software for ease of billing.

You have to type in or dictate the entire note or copy and paste from another document. There are no pre-populated or customizable commonly used phrases or point and click choices.

It is very unreliable with poor technical support. It is difficult to reach a tech support person.

Not many functions within the program. Reporting options are very limited.

Small medical provider offices would do well with Office Ally EHR and paring it with Office Ally Practice Management for a nice billing system. The prices cannot be beat by anyone.

This software was good for creating claims and submitting them.

It's user friendly and quick to learn. Customer service is good.

I can always get someone on the phone for help when I need it. I have been through several training sessions with their techs, and they are very patient and helpful.

I love how it integrates seamlessly with PracticeMate.

Lost time and double work. Ehr and billing programs do not talk to each other they way they should.

Lastly, even if you want to get out of this portion of the contract, ModMed will not let you. You are forced to pay for it for the full 3 year opt in time even if you no longer use it.

The EMA system is intuitive, the analytics are pretty robust and the PM system is easy to learn.

Also, the patient reminder system ( Relatient) is awful. It does not connect in real time to the practice schedule and requires extra work to find out if a patient has cancelled an appointment.

Our entire practice runs on ModMed EHR and practice management. This is the best business move I have ever made.

EMA's Customer Support personnel are superb - it is a pleasure to speak with them and I know my issue will be resolved in a timely fashion. I can't imagine going back to the old way of doing things.

The best EMR for Dermatology on the market (we’ve had three). Fully integrated PM, Path and clinical in one system.

EMA is a great, they keep you informed and are always up to date with all new and important information that pertains to your practice.

Third, Modernizing Medicine is very customer friendly and they are very good at continuously improving the system and making it even more user friendly.

Best dermatology EMR out there, very streamlined and easy to use. I am incredibly happy with my choice because it gives me efficiency, and it has very nice built in capabilities for dermatology.

Disappointment in EMR  with terrible billing capacity.

We had looked at several EMR's, but was frustrated by the inability to customize the products.

It is capable of producing a comprehensive clear note. The ability to access pictures and notes is good.

We have been a ModMed EMA and PM customer since 2016 and are very pleased. We have implemented a very streamlined workflow within the office which has created room for more productivity and revenue.

It saves us time and improves the quality of our care, hence we are more productive and profitable. The built in PT education features (handout and vDX links) are incredibly helpful.

I personally use Kareo which integrates quite well with it. Great support team when you need them.
