I have had consistently positive experiences with EHRYW overall, including communication, problem solving, and customer service. EHRYW was very helpful in the implementation process, ensuring that we had ample time and space to ask questions and explore the new environment. Additionally, since we’ve rolled out, we have been very happy with the customer experience - the support staff always responds to my many questions or requests quickly and professionally. Regardless of the individual addressing our support tickets, everyone has been very helpful in investigating back-end things, fixing bugs and providing context so that I can better conceptualize the EHR environment which has been really helpful in thinking through ways we can further customize to meet our needs. While the initial adjustment was significant, I now value the flexibility to request changes. Initially, there were many convoluted steps, but the software has been revamped with a user-friendly interface and helpful features. The difference in billing, appointments, and patient data compared to Office Ally is remarkable. Because every practice has different needs and operates a little differently, the ability to customize the software is invaluable. I very rarely run into issues with the program and don’t have to worry about my note, getting randomly deleted or lost. It’s actually so effective that I’ve never even had to reach out to customer support, but I believe that if I did, they would go either their way to make sure that it was handled. I worked closely with an individual within our company who utilizes EHR to help us build specific pages we need and they are always so thorough about giving us exactly what we’ve asked for. And work tirelessly back-and-forth until it’s perfect. #### Cons There’s really not one thing about EHR that sticks out in my mind as a negative. I have never had clients' complain about using the patient portal, and find it a easy way for getting releases signed and submitted. I appreciate the option to fax from within the product, making it easy to use and saves time as a provider. #### Cons I do wish there was an option to have multiple documents open, or to view two documents side by side. Occasionally, there is information in another document that I need to access for a new document, and I wish there was a way to streamline that process. When I became system admin form my current company, I had both user and analyst knowledge. Their ticketing system is fast and efficient, user privileges are easy to manage, the overall user interface is easy to navigate and training new staff is a breeze. I highly recommend this software package for its affordability and ease of use. Our staff loves its convenience and ability to keep others informed through documentation and note taking. When I learned how to do them the appointments became easier. #### Cons It was a steep learning curve. We had a number of problems initially and our office manager was on the phone a lot with you. However, you were always helpful. Truthfully, it took me a year to finally figure out all the ins and outs and even then I was missing stuff. Luckily, our office manager was tech savvy to help when I was pulling my hair out. Throughout the year I find out from colleagues "wow you can do that?" I used the system from 2022-23 and I often got caught in areas when trying to put in diagnosis and it was quite hard to find the one I want and then have it end up in my report.
