"Despite its strengths in specialty documentation, ModMed falls short due to high pricing, rigid multi-year contracts, and mediocre customer support that can leave practices stuck when issues arise. While the iPad clinical interface is strong, its administrative and Practice Management side is far less polished, featuring rigid financial reporting, tedious manual coding required for third-party lab integrations, and frustrating feature gaps that force staff to constantly switch between mobile and desktop browsers."
