Lastly, even if you want to get out of this portion of the contract, ModMed will not let you. You are forced to pay for it for the full 3 year opt in time even if you no longer use it.

The EMA system is intuitive, the analytics are pretty robust and the PM system is easy to learn.

Also, the patient reminder system ( Relatient) is awful. It does not connect in real time to the practice schedule and requires extra work to find out if a patient has cancelled an appointment.

Our entire practice runs on ModMed EHR and practice management. This is the best business move I have ever made.

EMA's Customer Support personnel are superb - it is a pleasure to speak with them and I know my issue will be resolved in a timely fashion. I can't imagine going back to the old way of doing things.

The best EMR for Dermatology on the market (we’ve had three). Fully integrated PM, Path and clinical in one system.

EMA is a great, they keep you informed and are always up to date with all new and important information that pertains to your practice.

Third, Modernizing Medicine is very customer friendly and they are very good at continuously improving the system and making it even more user friendly.

Best dermatology EMR out there, very streamlined and easy to use. I am incredibly happy with my choice because it gives me efficiency, and it has very nice built in capabilities for dermatology.

Disappointment in EMR  with terrible billing capacity.

We had looked at several EMR's, but was frustrated by the inability to customize the products.

It is capable of producing a comprehensive clear note. The ability to access pictures and notes is good.

We have been a ModMed EMA and PM customer since 2016 and are very pleased. We have implemented a very streamlined workflow within the office which has created room for more productivity and revenue.

It saves us time and improves the quality of our care, hence we are more productive and profitable. The built in PT education features (handout and vDX links) are incredibly helpful.

I personally use Kareo which integrates quite well with it. Great support team when you need them.

Modernizing medicine as a company is a pleasure to deal with and provides unparalleled customer support. They are very responsive to our office and are an extremely progressive company.

EMA has allowed us to cut down on the time that our providers spend entering notes by orders of magnitude over other systems we have tried.

This means loss of revenue for the practice. The reminder system is also very redundant and I have had numerous patient complaints over it.

Most of all, I like the fact that Qualifacts Support is always ready to help you out and give you guidance for any questions or issues that you face.

Biling is difficult, reporting is a little slow and often reports have to be combined to get accurate information.

Ability to customize the product/forms, general ease of use is pretty good.

The training to get a clinician ready to provide care and effectively document services is fairly easy and allows even new staff to start working with consumers quickly.

Very positive experience with Carelogic. Most every aspect of switching to it from our previous system has been a positive.

The customer service and support has been amazing. So wonderful to  have this from company.

It could also have more detailed reports for revenue reporting. Need services to be able to be broken down into further details and more options.

CareLogic presented itself as easily modifiable, which sounds wonderful and has been beneficial when we need to create a specific form for a specialized program.

If the tickets can be answered by the first responding team, they get answered quickly. If they have to be escalated to Tier 2 or 3, it's awful.

This is an easy to use electronic health record that lends itself to behavioral health services. Generally the end users all agree that it is user friendly.

Reporting is limited, at times confusing and sometimes innacurate.

The reports vary from moderate to very slow to generate, which is especially frustrating when trying to close the GL every month or run reports for analysis.

Major cons are system latency and limited canned reporting. Pentaho is integrated with the system however creating reports is not easy.

Currently we find that we are unable to meet many of the Federal programs due to the delay or lack of functionality.

We love the fact that we can pull great data from the system in report form and be able to submit those directly for grants.

I had so many client on my caseload during the 15-16 months that I used this program, it was difficult to remember names and dates.

I can say that deleting information was a bit difficult once information was entered in, so this was the only negative.

Not only does the system fail to communicate on the back end, it typically requires a minimum of 8 + clicks to navigate anywhere within the system.

The ability to integrate the IMPACT assessment module directly into the treatment planning process is fantastic.

Excellent company with a true eye out for the endusers, industry, and the product they have built and sell.

Occasionally system crashes leaving users confused. Configurable forms are hard to maintain.

Great software that will improve efficiency and lower costs for your company.

Due to its lack of integration, the user must comb through many documents to obtain necessary information such as past medications, allergies, medical history, and labs.

We have been with them since 2013 and overall the value is good.

Snagged often, problems often, customer service was somewhat dependent on the day.

I had a good experience working with care logic enterprise.

I takes a lot of keystrokes to do most tasks which leaves more margins for mistakes and the reports a pretty bad.

Very good service upfront but once implementation is completed the customer service is lacking. As a whole it is a good product and I believe we made a good choice.

Features and ease of use have improved over the years since our implementation. Most of the billing and AR features work as intended.

CareLogic is the worst investment one can purchase for their company or practice. Fear this--yes because you got ripped off.

There a lot of improvements needed but that is true of all EHR products on the market as standards and practices are rapidly changing in this field.

Over the past twenty years that I have been working with EHR systems, Carelogic is by far the worst system that I have ever worked with.
