I enjoyed the ease of use and efficiency. I now use Epic at a new job and it is expensive as well as more cumbersome to use.

The software was very easy to implement, which was important because we have a volunteer base to help with treatments, and the therapists & students needed to learn quickly.

It is pretty intuitive to use, and our occupational and physical therapists easily learned to use it.

System is very customizable and easy to use. There are many options for automating routine functions within our work flow.

I have always found the support I receive from TriMed to be as good or better than any other piece of hardware or software I've ever purchased.

My practice is 75% medicare, and some of my patients use hand me down phones that are several years old. I don't feel like it was any thing that was wrong with the software though.

Forget about getting your own records, there is no way to downlead client demographics or information.

New plan requires selecting by deadline OR they will hold all your clients information hostage and restrict all access to even their demographic information which is illegal and unethical.

I am excited to see how the the customer service support conversation will go, hopefully it will help me understand how to have intake forms.

I chose this mostly because I am allowed to customize and create templates for progress notes and intake forms. Also love the ease of use and cost.
