Cons: As with all platforms there are errors that occur and sometimes the system goes down. However, these issues are few and far between. Reasons for choosing EMSOW Emsow's tech team and administrators \[sensitive content hidden\] sealed the deal. They are all professional and very efficient in their roles. I can get help after normal business hours and also on the weekend. The administrators are directly involved and have always helped us resolve any issues that arise.
