No incentive was offered Good basic software but don't expect anything modern. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Customer support: 2/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros It is specific to Endodontic offices. The referral data base and reports are helpful. #### Cons The support for EV is almost nonexistent. When you call there are long wait times and often the support team is unfamiliar with the software or not helpful.
