Trackability of things is the second major issue. Keeping track of payments, charges, or patient balance is very hectic. Database wise its also not up to par, you cant see any historical data within the software. every thing needs a report to be extracted. if you want to see charges between two dates, you need a report, if you want to see payment between two dates you need a report, if you want to see patient visits between two dates you need a report. Docutap understands the overall goal of urgent cares is speed and patient volume, and they designed their interface with that in mind. I have not seen any EMR be better suited for the industry in terms of simplifying the patinet check-in process and doing the most with the least amount of information.Additionally, the analytics capabilities are very great. Cons: The billing side is extremely buggy. For example, if you have to change the credit card on file of a patient, your entire computer will freeze for 2 minutes. This is not a user-specific error, this is commonplace among every Docutap user as far as I've heard. There are multiple other bugs with the billing cycle such as having to reset the payment method for no reason sometimes.
