"The service was great. When our computer was down due to hardware or software we had a resolution within mins. If there was ever an update it was prescheduled and done over a weekend or at night to keep the prectictioner from not having to alter schedules to keep people working and our offices flowing. "

"I was able to add and subtract locations and establish additional businesses within my umbrella of business."

"We have treatment plans that can be three times weekly for 4-5 weeks and the ease of scheduling all the appointments of once is very efficient."

"Finding the true and clean balance of services rendered is sometimes difficult to track due to clients that change insurances mid treatment phase."

"It is VERY costly and VERY time consuming to find and print out EOB's when only (1) insurance company we handle needs one date per claim."

"Some of these problems happens to fast or I need to by pass it to get the patient check out or helping a patients with something they need. "
