Financial reports are unimpressive and often lack information. Sometimes a report will provide different values if you run it twice (same criteria).

Forget about getting your own records, there is no way to downlead client demographics or information.

New plan requires selecting by deadline OR they will hold all your clients information hostage and restrict all access to even their demographic information which is illegal and unethical.
