"It performs well for claims submission and tracking and does what it is designed to do without unnecessary complexity. While it may not have all the modern features of larger enterprise systems, it provides solid value for organizations that prioritize reliability and straightforward billing workflows."

"What I like best about EZClaim is the ease of integration with our EMR which allows for the streamlining of our billing and accounts receivable."

"The import options are also great; we have multiple EHR systems that we export from and into EZClaim and the software is able to handle it."

"Not fully integrated with Practice Fusion. When patient demo updates are made in Practice Fusion the office has to make the biller aware so it can also be updated in EzClaim. If there is a name or DOB correction Ezclaim creates a duplicate account."
