Then went to CT Cloud because we were needing more than 5 users and wanted mobility. CT Cloud is a fraction of what the original is. Their customer service has no idea how to help you. Features that we were used to on the server version wasnt there. CT Clouds response was always to put a ticket in and we will see if we can get that going.
