The cloud usage is very nice--no servers and excess hardware to maintain and I.T. costs to pay; great interface and tons of integrations.

The system too many features and use of the system can get really confusing. I hate the training videos.

Before you arrive at the office. If there is a problem, they are already fixing it before you know about it.

Our office loves the ease of using Billing Precision and Genesis. The support is very helpful and it is a very user friendly system.

That iPad's can't be used and the new patient paperwork is difficult for patients to fill out.
