Healthland Centriq Software


Healthland Centriq is a cloud-based electronic health record solution. It caters to hospitals across departments including clinics, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology and emergency. Primary features include preparing care plans for the patient, tracking progress, bar-coded medication administration, patient care and clinical documentation.

Other features include laboratory management, e-prescribing, procedure workflows, pharmacy management and Computerized Practitioner Order Entry (CPOE). It also helps in managing financial processes, emergency department cases and surgeries.

Data from Healthland Centriq also integrates with other Healthland products, including Long-Term Care and Home Health. This allows physicians to keep track of patients and create a picture of their health history.

It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Android and iOS mobile support is also offered. Customer support is offered via email, online case submission and remote assistance. Other help options include knowledge base and FAQs.

Difficult to use

Pros

Very customizable. You can build your own assessments. Build your own drug library. Multi factor identification with medication administration.

Cons

Lots of rework is required. When you enter information in one are, it doesn't populate in other areas. The quantity of data required to input is often disproportionate to the situation.
