When it works for people, it works well. Cons: I have found that many of my patients who have android phone types such as Samsung, etc. cannot use the app. I am unable to see or speak with them. I left my in person practice one day and started using HIPAAVideo the next. Somehow we made it. Somehow they got me going. HIPAA has been very good about offering assistance and I have certainly appreciated that. I began using the product because of COVID. It has turned out to be very convenient even outside the COVID issue to allow clients to save the time required going to and from my office. Another surprising feature. Somehow, related to the timing, I now rarely go over in the session-- better for the client and for me. Cons: I am no longer able to see the elapsed time on the screen.
