Pros/Cons
Pros
- HUSHMAIL is outstanding as a product, asset to one's business, with flawless use & great IT support.
- I am a therapist so this was a great solution to ensure my patient's confidentiality as they sometimes do correspond via email.
- Pleasantly surprised by how helpful this has been, and I’ve already recommended it to colleagues.
Cons
- What happens is if you are the recipient and you have forgotten your password and your request a password reset then the original email that was sent to you is lost and the sender has to send again.
- It can be a hassle for clients who forget their password because when a password is reset, the email I sent vanishes and has to be resent by me.
- There's definetly no sense in making it more complex than it should be.
Pros
- I love that I can create great looking emails with such ease. It has made a huge difference in my ability to communicate with my clients and two do connected drip marketing.
- The software is easy to use, it has great pricing and free services to get started. It allows you to see who is engaging in your emails and who is not, great design tools.
- Mailchimp, is an excellent cost effective solution for sending out mass emails to customers. It has great capability for both the tech savvy and non-tech savvy users.
Cons
- Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
- I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.
- This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.
