  • Pros

  • Customer service is great. They are good about taking enhancement requests and improving the software.
  • As the person in charge of calling when things go wrong it is very much appreciated to talk to helpful/nice customer support. Third, the continued improvement and growth is so nice.
  • We like the ease of use to create a client/patient and schedule appointments. The new feature allowing us to see cancelled or deleted appointments has been a wonderful addition as well.
  • Cons

  • All of the staff are frustrated after having this system 9 months. They are begging me (management) to return to our outdated system.
  • Different batches of medications cannot currently be tracked separately. Invoices closed out on one doctor by mistake cannot be easily switched - payment must be deleted and re-entered.
  • No whiteboard built in, editing of estimates/invoices, overwriting when other users are in the record.

  • I have not been disappointed and am continually impressed with how "user friendly" it is. The support I receive from Rajat is the best.
  • Additionally, whenever we have had questions or suggestions to improve the functionality for our practice, The customer support team have been great. Definitely recommend this software.
  • We have used this system for 3 years and have been very pleased with the functionality and simplicity of the software as well as the ability to train new staff members on its usage.

  • At the start it was a bit confusing and frustrating to learn the flow of the program.
  • We do not have to search for lost paper records anymore.
