100% attention to the patient.
As medicine student and patient the attention this software offers to you is the best thing this product has. The best thing is the live chat customer, because is important for the patient feel they are being hearing and this product give us that.
Pros
As medicine student I currently recommend to my patients for new things to get an easier medical life, this software is the best, they are 100% interested in the patient, they even have a live chat customer I think is great for patients and physicians, both save time and the focus this software has for patients are incredible.
Cons
I don't have a complain, this software is totally focused on the patient and they needs. You can even receive notifications and have all your data in your smartphone or PC, for me. No complains actually.

InputHealth is good for my Health!
Pros
For once, I'm doing business with a vendor who walks the talk. IH staff are not just motivated by sales and revenues; they do care about what I need to better serve the patient. At the end of the day I trust IH - they tell me when thing can be done and when it can't be done, and they are always there to help when we have an operational / business glitch.
Cons
While I know what is on the short term horizon for product enhancements (which by the way are coming rapidly and professionally) - I don't yet have a strong sense of what the long term future holds (say two to three years out). This is a product moving quickly to maturity so the lack of a "user group" is something I urge IH leadership to consider.

Colour me concerned
The transition team is solid. The fax drop put me in a position which was not appropriate. Every new client is an opportunity for to improve your program. All software development is iterative. I can accept that all companies show their best stuff and that all have weaknesses. My hope that their team will respond and improve.
Pros
1) Solid transition team which is proud of their software/ 2) Single sign-on truly net based using appropriate security 3) Integrated messaging and reminders - not third party 4) Capacity to build and send questionnaires 5) Patient communication is a potential strength. 6) Upload capacity of documents
Cons
1) Dropped ball on fax transfer led to patient care issues to which I had to respond. I do not care where the issue lies SRFAX/Unite etc. If you recommend it, you are responsible for the issues. 2) The single worst professional contact/address book I have seen. It seems to be a known weakness. It needs to be fixed. For a consultant practice sending out 20+letters per day, it is an unnecessary annoyance. It should have been fixed. 3) Cumbersome chart structure. Default settings should be adjusted so that practitioners are able to adjust their view. This is not complicated and would allow for the appearance of a bespoke product. 4)It is really not ready for Ontario. I knew this going in.They are working on integrating with things like ClinicalConnect. Plus or minus for me. 5) Stop using the Health Canada formulary in isolation. Every province has a different list of what is approved. Some medications are restricted and require Limited Use Codes which change. 6) Not paediatric ready. We need a better way of expressing age in days, weeks, months and years. We need a better more functional patient contact listing for guardians. As it stands now, it is poor. 7) Setting up letters through a 'referrals' section is odd. Often a simple referral letter becomes bulky. A consult letter needs to include specific information. A referral does not.
Reasons for choosing InputHealth

Reasons for switching to InputHealth
Accuro is a dated program. All the older programs have legacy problems. They are forced to add to it. But the adage, lipstick on a pig still applies. There is only so much they can do. InputHealth has an opportunity to build a solid program.

Organized and Safe
Input Health has helped organize information of patients. Overall experience has been good
Pros
The organization of the software where it lets me view all the patients and information with ease. The search option allows me to bring charts with ease. We can easily customize charts according to every Doctor's preference and save them as templates so not making manual changes every time. The security of the software is tremendous, even though it can get tedious when it logs out after inactivity, its a plus point for safety so no one can view sensitive information if we forget to log out or away from the computer
Cons
It is not accessible on phones and you cannot search charts by the title of the . Also the word option such as fond change and size not accessible

Office Clerical Staff opinion
Would prefer to use almost any other program I have used in the past as the only function that is useful to me is patient search, but the number of times the page reloads for no apparent reason is unreasonable and time consuming
Pros
Easy to access patient files and input of encounters
Cons
Constant upgrades which are disruptive and not always helpful and screen refresh overload at inappropriate times, "Loading Wheel of Death"

Software AND Support a Very Pleassant Experience
Pros
Software is full of functionality and very nicely presented. Kudos to the support team in assisting with help us getting up and running in a very short period of time.
Cons
We have no real issues to address at this time. I would tend to give some more emphasis on user friendliness with respect to navigation only because we tend to have some technically challenged users.
