I'm able to easily and quickly write up documents for my clients. It does not take much time to learn how everything works and to quickly make complicated documents which you can also turn into PDFs for clients to do by hand! Cons: There is no automatic translation button. Each document I need translated into Spanish has to be hand translated. There is also not an option to upload documents that have been filled out by hand. Patients also seem to enjoy it and it interfaces really well with our EHR. Oh and the QR codes are GREAT! My office has genuinely enjoyed this program a ton. Cons: I wish the intake form header was easier to customize. I had someone at IntakeQ create a header for me and didn't LOVE it (although the designer was super fast to create it, so that was nice). I also wish I had more freedom with my filters to look up patients. ALSO, I find we have to send multiple forms to patients sometimes and that can affect our reports and skew our stats. I wish there was a way to delete duplicate forms without going into each patient chart and deleting the duplicate forms so our reports were more accurate.
