"It is definitely a handy tool for the gps, custom forms tools helps to collect all the customer info that a GP needs upfront, without the back and forth emails."

"It’s made managing client forms, scheduling, and documentation so much easier and more organized."

"Everything about the platform feels intuitive — from creating forms to managing client information."

"ALSO, I find we have to send multiple forms to patients sometimes and that can affect our reports and skew our stats."

"Another issue that we run into is clients not fully submitting documents, It would be nice if there was a warning that said something along the lines of 'this is not fully completed.'"
