Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The product is very easy to use and understand

  • The customer service is amazing. The reps are available, patient, and knowledgeable. I am able to do my own billing BECAUSE Kareo has such excellent customer service.

  • Cons

  • support is not timely but they are getting better. There are too many options in the HELP pull downs when you type in a topic

  • The Cons are not as negative as other issues. The program shuts down when an error occurs; yet nothing is ever loss.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, great customer support, one click billing.

  • I liked how the notes were set up. I also loved the customer service

  • Cons

  • Cost is a little high per user. Not good for some smaller companies. It is a great system and quick to sit up.

  • I do wish the portal could be a little more robust but again, this is something that I know they are working on and there are details that they are considering that are out of my scope.
