Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the easy functionality of KIPU, I have used other EMR systems for facilities that our managed by our company and KIPU is by far the best. Kipu is worth the investment.
- This is the best and most user friendly platform I have used in the healthcare industry. Its an excellent tool for client portal, client database, clinical notes, and medical record storage.
- EMRs have much to do and KIPU does such a great job at it and that deserves recognition and praise.
Cons
- When I first started using it the page didn't update as quickly as it does now. I lost some work in the beginning.
- As a EMR I’m not crazy about the lack of functionality.
- I haven't found anything recently to be bothersome.
Pros
- It's a great software, easy to use, with all the tool that you need to operate with easy a doctor's practice. We implement the software in 2 months and it woks like a charm.
- Satisfied, great experience, very accommodating, and responsive to our concerns.
- I can access WRS when I am at home and I need to do work. It’s a great benefit to have the convenience of accessing the system from any place at any time.
Cons
- You have to put in a "support ticket. More often than not the answer to your problem is "No one else is having that problem" or you get no response at all.
- Their customer service was terrible and I had severe billing issues. After evaluating five EMRs, I selected WRS.
- When I complained they dumped us and I had to find a new biller. We still have unpaid claims that will never be paid due to untimely filing.
