As the administrator I can see all of my providers and appointments scheduled, and my providers only see what they want to see on their schedules. Best of all, my staff can log in right from their phones and communicate with me directly through the system. Also, they are a one-stop-shop and we can do everything in one place without having to add other software and complicate things. Cons: There's not a lot that we don't like about Mahler. If I had to complain, I would say that I wish we had found them much sooner instead of going through the pain and struggles of other EHRs that say they can do "everything," but they really can't. Mahler has done some customizations for us that they completed in only a couple of days. Reasons for choosing Mahler Health We were a little hesitant at first because they weren't as well-known as the others, but once we learned they focus their energy on customer referrals and not sales/marketing, the decision was easy. Once our company switched to this program, we were able to consolidate 7-8 DIFFERENT programs down to this one, which instantly saved thousands per month in other program costs - which allowed for us to automate one whole person’s job.
