We have maximized MIPS reimbursements for all Providers. Customer service is reliable and the team is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Built-in shortcuts and macros. MIPS questions are built into the templates which helps guarantee a passing score. Cons: There is really not much to not like about the software but if I had to choose one thing it would probably be patient portal enrollment. Reasons for choosing MD Charts The support was very difficult to understand but they were very reasonable at $80 a month and since my practice is very small with about 8-10 pts a week, the price was a serious consideration.
