I mean you get what you pay for it's a little bit more inexpensive in comparison to other platforms and it's specific line of software. Cons: The product still feels limited in areas of Enterprise depth it doesn't appear to have the same maturity or ecosystem depth as major healthcare platforms like Athena health or epic systems or eclinical works which will show up in areas of integrations advance reporting customization and specialty specific work-flows. I have to say their customer support is second to none as well. They respond so quickly and get any problems sorted almost instantly. Very happy with this software. Cons: They are always adding features and do listen to their users' ideas, but it remains a bugbear that they don't have the facility to do postcode lookups.
