I like how they try to think of anything we might need and are constantly doing updates and improvements. Cons: I don't like how often it goes down even though it has been better in the last few months. I dont like that we get charged for every fax and for eligibility checks. Cons: You have to ask permission for every single thing you try to do in the EHR. Even super users cannot add other users or change any settings. They are expensive to start, and they nickel and dime you every chance they get. Even after you cancel services with them it costs $250/month to access old records when you get records requests.
