"Navigation is super simple, everything you need to do is made uncomplicated and straightforward, and the invoicing is SO easy it makes the process hugely quicker than previously. And the letters are so straightforward to compose and send."

"Its almost like a medical secretary designed it!! And the ongoing support and help from them is incredible, no more lengthy waits on hold for someone from IT to answer the phone....problems are solved in minutes, not days!"

"I have found the support to be always available when I need them and their product development team are very receptive to meetings to discuss the product - I think I have had 3-4 video calls in 3 months to discuss developments."

"There's no separate recall system and for a speciality where patients come back annually it ruins the task function as there are too many task on there to look at."

"There is not too much to dislike, but one of the issues we have had is ability to task third parties by email without giving them access to the database"
