Excellent platform, excellent customer service

Overall I had a great experience

PROS

Excellent platform, very clean and customer service is great! Also easy to use software that has become essential to my day to day practice management. Their easy to use telemedicine has helped me stay in touch with patients through the pandemic. I highly recommend them to all.

CONS

I am new to the software so I had a few uncertainties with navigating, however overall great software.

Behavioral health therapy

This is my first purchase with meva and I am happy with the service.

PROS

I love the simplest way of getting clients to schedule on the calendar and put in the clinical notes. Telemedicine is easy and effective.

CONS

Would like for the software to be able to be used on other electronic devices such as pad and smart phone.

Unable to provide counseling in office setting due to covid19, meva allows us to practice our mission to the community as well as safety

PROS

So simple and easy to maneuver , bet user friendly for both parties.

CONS

Had a bit of trouble setting up a username but was able to get helped immediately and resolved quickly
