Physical Therapy Home Exercises for my Patients!
Pros
This Software makes it so much easier during this current COVID-19 Pandemic to communicate with my patients on what I want them to be doing at home when they do not have access to me. I used on every patient that I evaluate so that they can replicate the exercises at home by watching the videos from the app or the patient portal.
Cons
It does take time to set up your own customized protocols but my rehab pro gives you a good starting point of basic exercise protocols/videos that you can take and further customize from there.
Reasons for switching to My Rehab Pro
I wanted better technology by way of videos and and app so that patients could better replicate what I want them to do at home.

Patient friendly exercise app
Pros
Ease for patient's to view exercises and understand movements. App for quick reference to exercises. Access exercises anywhere, no papers to lose. Flexibility to print pictures if patient requests as well as videos to email. Ability for patient's to access their exercises after discharge. Great customer service team that are quick to solve problems and assist when issues arise.
Cons
Would like more exercises but they are continuing to grow their library. Viewing videos from "view all videos" section is hard to find what you are looking for quickly. This would be quicker to view with a picture of the exercise as their are multiple versions of exercises for each body part.

A great asset to my patient care and patient's love the accessibility of the app
Increased compliance with patient Home Exercise Program. Ease of adding additional exercises and updating programs appropriately.
Pros
The ability to modify the description, sets and reps. Multi-modal access including printing, app, website, and email.
Cons
Does not have all of the exercises, in the way that I perform them with my patients. Although there is the ability to add additional exercises, the process is lengthy.

Excellent quality of videos. It is easy to use and patient's love it.
Pros
Ease of use, quality of videos. It is a value added that patient's recognize and enjoy. My team uses it more because it is easier and less time consuming than other programs.
Cons
Sometimes have to wait for videos to load. Some exercises are not there that we use - in that case I still have to give pt. a piece of paper in addition to MRP.

Great program that saves time instead of stopping at the copy machine.
Got our clinic more organized and we used less paper!
Pros
It helps patients understand and view their home exercise program better than a handout. Was more organized and I didn't have to write all over the pictures so the patients understood everything I needed.
Cons
Sometimes can be a little time consuming to find a specific exercise you are looking for. However, once I got used to it, it made the task easier.

Easy to use, user friendly, patients get better understanding of exercises
Pros
The fact that it shows a video of someone performing the exercise with proper form allows the patient to see exactly how it should performed. It takes the guess work out of the "how to" for the patient so that they can be sure they are getting the best out of their rehab and exercises.
Cons
It does take a little more time on the therapist to set up/find the exercises. Also not all patients (typically older generation) want to download and app or may not have a smart phone yet.

My experience with My Rehab Pro has been very good. The customer service has been wonderful.
It helps me organize patients and and it is easy for patients to perform their exercises and heal faster.
Pros
The customer service of My Rehab Pro has been nothing short of outstanding. They have helped my team get into the software and taught us how to manage our patients and clinicians. The software itself is very functional and east to use. I highly recommend this product.
