Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is easy to bill. I also love the service. Very patient staff!

  • Saves me a lot of time with billing Prompt and helpful customer service User friendly

  • Cons

  • I don't like that two users (even with different log in names) can't be on at the same time; the newly signing on person boots the other user off.

  • There may be a few little glitches here and there and sometimes it may be me not figuring out the problem. I will start making note but obviously it is no problem in terms of my satisfaction.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Configurable options. Billing is great

  • CareLogic is easy to use and very functional. It is a great product and easy to understand once you get the hang of it.

  • Cons

  • Some of the configurable forms have been somewhat difficult to put together and putting in soft tickets take some time for a response. Overall, really good.

  • Not intuitive Reporting is limited, at times confusing and sometimes innacurate Training is great but when customized it can be expensive
