Great practice management and EMR. Ability to integrate with other systems.

As a Practice Manager I am extremely frustrated with their customer service and technical support.

Nextech support has been great and very responsive. I love the integrations with other services, Nextpatient-for example.

User friendly, customization can be done by the consumer.

NexTech EMR and PM are both very easy to use. The best part is the Help button at the top of the screen that brings you right into the practice manual if you need help with anything.

The transition was easy and we are seeing more patients in a day than we were before. Absolutely love how easy it is to use.

Very expensive you are charged for everything. EMR system can be confusing especially if you are not traditional medicine.

Everyone has been good and timely with call backs.

Nextech is the best software i would recommend for any practice to Grow in the industry and to keep their patients happy.

Its difficult to use on small handheld tablets and is too expensive for a small practice that does not have MDs in the group.

We have 22 stations and had to pay licensing fees of $1200 for each station. We are being charged $15,000 annually for maintenance and upgrades whether we need them or not.

It was easy to work with it once you get a hold of it.

The ease of setting up installation and training was reassuring. Customer service representatives are always helpful, and I look forward to learning what the new modules are all about.

The downside i see is the server and expensive licensing to maintain the servers/hardware site.

NexTech is easy to use, extra easy to train new staff on, and the customization portions are amazing. You can customize the EMR around your specialty needs.

Always upgrading and fixing issues and new products added to make documentation more effortless. Your knowledge base staff is wonderful.

Our sales rep is difficult to get a hold of and communicate with.

It is very user friendly and really dedicated to retina doctors.

The inventory tracking system is helpful in tracking current cost vs previous cost and is in general very useful.

Ease of use, especially when it populates automatically the demographics of our clients. The cost of the software was very reasonable, to be able to test it our for free was great.

The software runs great and is easy to use. I love that I can just print it to my color printer and not have to purchase the claim forms.

I have had trouble with using the ledger which is an add on.

As a claim adjuster I use the CMS 1500 software and have been very happy with the free trial version. I am able to send out claims to be processed in a timely manner.

If you change fields in the code section, prices (in multiple units) and totals do not recompute, causing costly errors.

Ease of preparation of insurance forms, and keeping my records for those forms. There is an affiliated billing aspect to this software, but I never integrated it with my own system.

Time has obviously been spent on the interface and that is obvious. There are still a few dead ends that need sorting.

SpeedyClaims is an on-premise tool that allows small clinics and single-provider offices to manage CMS 1500 insurance claim forms. It is compatible with most Windows operating systems.


Users can print paper copies of their CMS 1500 forms or send them electronically. The forms can be customized for a specific practice, which enables fields to be automatically completed when users open new forms. Information is saved for reuse and repeat patient claims can be auto-completed using previously entered information.


Claims are saved in the claims list, which allows users to keep track of patient payments. Users can also configure shortcuts suited to their workflows. A Medicare claims processing guide and a year of software updates are included. SpeedyClaims also offers calendars, and it includes databases for provider, patient and insurance company data and a list of diagnostic codes.


Email and phone support are offered. A free trial is available.
