Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I loved how the application was super easy to use. The navigation part of the application, made my daily workflow easier.

  • Easy to use , customer service is quick and easy to contact

  • Cons

  • Price, support is ok, but you pay a hefty fee to support the product.

  • There are some tips and tricks features that NG don't formally publish because they seem insignificant.

  • Pros

  • I love how easy it was to begin using and figuring it all out. very simple and straightforward. clear and simple

  • Easy to use with a very short learning curve.

  • Cons

  • Well no EHR software is perfect but I can honestly say that the only thing I wish could be better is how to search for patients by previous encounters.

  • It is difficult to make phone contact when there is an immediate need. In general though, once a “ticket” is created, someone does get back to you quickly.
