As a patient, not everyone has internet access. And some of the information on there can be confusing.

Worst is that it is inefficient. Also, that they will have a  feature we like and it will be broken with the next upgrade.

The lack of new features and the lack of complete integration between the EHR and the EPM, the lack of integration causes issues in development.

Difficulty to find needed information and navigating through charts, it’s just a confusing software.

Great features (if you can get them installed), good ease of use.

Overall, I love using this website for medical information and record updates. I love being able to schedule appointments for my kids and I, it makes it really easy.

Support team was very helpful on getting the software up and running. I love that this program is on the cloud and I can access it from anywhere and they information is stored in the cloud.

I dislike the fact that they don't have a bigger stack in the hospital industry of healthcare. I think this needs to change particularly with their api and interoperability stack.

Again this is so user friendly. I have found it easy to learn and navigate.

I did like the clear interface and the cost was reasonable. Easy log in and creating an account was simple.

I have had a wonderful experience with this software and it's auxiliary products. Even when things don't go as expected their customer support has been on top of it.

I was never formally trained on the software, but I found it very confusing to use.

Very slow response times on reported software issues. Poor responses -seems to be automated responses.

Also, you aren't reimbursed always with a new lead when the contact info isn't correct for the lead. That means a loss of money for the user.

Their commitment to customer success with new edge technologies has been a great shift and kept me as a customer.

I requested the record for 2 weeks and still have not received the record. I had missed the deadline, now probably in contempt of court.

As a daily basis user, I like it's function and future diagnostic features. Which helps me to improve my skills.

I love this software it helps me at work with helping  me take notes for the doctors. To be able to view patient medical and add if needed.

I would say that the worst part of this system is that when the internet is down, you really have no access.

Every EHR system has its pros and cons, but I believe Nextgen Office has a very good combination of ease of  use and overall cost.

This is a frustrating industry dealing with insurance companies.

All in all it's a pretty good system, it just needs some adjusting in the report options and a few other areas.

It is a comprehensive package in that it integrates the clinical side with the billing side. They do update on a regular basis.

I like that this is so user friendly. I find that it is easy to pick up and use fast.

Limited Customization & Difficult Corporate Team.

It is extremely user friendly and straightforward. One of my favorite features is how you can set access and abilities for each user and their specific role/responsibilities.

Additionally, training for the entire product is needed if not you will easily get lost. The price of a system is also up there so we warned.

Customer service was fantastic when this was Healthfusion.

At $100 and $10/a lead, with one bad lead, no reimbursement equates to 10.

Easy to use rapid billing of insurance claims to insurance companies for chiropractic patients receiving care in my clinic. Great customer support from NextGen for problem claims.

Sometimes it malfunctions and came up with errors. I think it should be reprogrammed with debugging.

I was unhappy with the product because it slowed me down and required so much excess minutia in button clicking and scrolling. Overall it is a very inconvenient software to use.

This was the easiest tool I've ever used for access to reliable healthcare. From downloading the app to my first doctor visit was everything was simple and FAST.

I didn’t have to take off work for a basic ailment because Teladoc had me scheduled same day. The docs are professional and do the best they can within the setup.

Requesting an appointment is as simple as entering a few details about your request, choosing a timeframe, and how you'd like to be contacted. The doctors are highly professional and helpful.

I thought that I would try Teladoc since it seems to be quick and I need no appointment. It is hard to see my primary doctor now since due to COVID.

It took too long to develop and the patients ask too many questions. When I hang up on them I blame it on bad cell phone service, oops four hundredth time today.

Easy to use application. What more could you ask for.

This is the app to go for if you want a quick medical advice for minor ailments or refill of maintenance prescriptions. My insurance covers this service so it is super convenient.

I am very dissatisfied with Teladoc. They took my $ and did not provide the service I was asking for.

I am able to communicate with my doctor or nurse practitioner without any problems. Logging in is a breeze, and, if needed, a prescription can easily be issued.

Hard to set up your account, it kept crushing and I had to call customer service for help.

Ease of website, and the idea of an online doctor is great.

The rest of the appointment was just trying to get off the phone with him after he said he could do nothign for me and I had to go in person. Customer support is really bad.

I made a mistake by using Teladoc. I will surely spread the word about this horrible scam.

The fact that I waited over 24 h before going to emergency because I was reassured it was just a flu, nearly cost me my life, as the infection spread to my blood, and that's no joke.

Well the first thing I love is that it is now free with out insurance plan. That’s awesome and amazing.

If you forget your password or are otherwise unable to login to your account it can be a frustrating experience to reset it.

I like money and patients give me money for the headaches we provide.

It's also incredibly cost efficient, at only $5 per Teladoc appointment as opposed to my normal copay of $30 for a visit to my primary care physician.
