The platform is really customizable - we've been able to set up individual intakes and charting templates, email and text templates, and calendar configurations for clients. OptiMantra also has a robust library of templates that we have been able to leverage to get clinics started. And, it's easy to add services and modify prices. I like the way I can directly text and email patients and send documents via fax or email. #### Cons Lack of flexibility in scheduling appointments- can only do 15 minute increments. I would prefer 20 minute slots. I would also prefer a better way to order imaging rather than go through the lab workflow. The orders are difficult for radiology departments to read and I cannot specify left or right x-ray or MRI. I can only specify the laterality in the diagnosis which is not adequate for many facilities so I have to rewrite orders. #### Reasons for switching to OptiMantra Cost was excessive by any calculation and they kept trying to see me more costly features. #### Vendor response Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! I want to note that you can adjust your appointments to 20 minute slots by navigating within the platform to Settings > Scheduling > Org Settings. "Time slot duration on calendar" can be adjusted to 20 minutes here. If you navigate to Settings > Clinical Integrations > Labs & Diagnostics templates, you can create favorite templates for preferred imaging! This includes adding the location (left/right) in the test name. When you're ready to use your favorite templates, they will be easily accessible on the requisition right beside the 'add imaging' button. Thank you again for taking the time to review OptiMantra! I've been very pleased with the product and I deeply appreciate the pricing options for part-time and non-physician providers. If we weren't so invested already I would have found an alternative #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 2/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros EMR is pretty good in terms of how the forms can be customized to us. #### Cons -Very clunky and convoluted -No integration with Square or Paypal?!? -Virtually no integrations -No ability to connect to Zapier or Make -Calendar is awful to read and use -No mobile app -Terrible user interface, super basic -Poor marketing features -Took 4 months to get live -Webhooks are super basic -Can't link Google Analytics! -Very limited customization -No ability to connect own Twilio account -No ability to connect Google SMTP email -No marketing tools -No automations -No gift card options -"lost all of our forms".... which in theory is a HIPAA violation. Thankfully it was before went live and had no patient info loaded. We had to start from scratch Overall, if our nurses didn't like the EMR, then I would drop it in a second as it is only good as an EMR, nothing else. It is clear that the app is designed by doctors who know zero about software or user experience. It is painfully clear it has been built by developers who know nothing about marketing, user experience or user interface. It is painfully obvious that the team have never spoken to anybody who understands sales or marketing. #### Reasons for choosing OptiMantra My experienced nurse said it had the best EMR.
