They say the Devil is in the details and here is where I get very frustrated with Optimis.

They offer instant answers to questions and problems There is direct line or email to support. It's confident about compliance and is easy to use.

The built in schedule, documentation, billing, make sense. The built in appointment reminders for patients is nice feature.

While it is not the cheapest for front end PT staff costs, it saves you on the back end during patient accounting and electronic insurance handling. If you do Medicare, then it is a winner.

Though priced higher than other similar software, its ease of use and specialization in the physical therapy profession is very important to us and will keep us users for a very long time.

I have been using OptimisPT for almost 4 years and have been happy with the level of support, comprehensiveness of notewriting and compliance with Medicare.

It is not immediately intuitive, but that is true of any software that has a lot of functionality. Once you get the hang of it, it is elegant and easy to use.

I like the ease of use with charting. The drop down and clicking makes it easier to manage.

The billing component is very easy to finalize our claims. The program will let the billing specialist know if the therapist hasn't billed enough units or if the therapist is billing too many units.

Getting WebPT was the biggest mistake I did in my practice.

Optimis does a good job of showing a running tally of how much money has been billed to a patient's insurance. Optimis' .pdf notes are clear, well organized, and easy to read.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.
