Anagram has put it all to rights, and the way they work in our EHR is straightforward and easy to follow. He was always friendly, never pushy. He explained how the process would work and when we finally did it he and the other staff members made sure my entire staff knew how to handle the patient conversations to best foster those relationships. They also walked us through the termination process with the insurance companies. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. The patience they have with myself and my team is much appreciated. As for the RCM side, our office has had a system for billing for over 25 years. In most cases change is good and necessary, except in this case.
